Unfortunately, far too many of those articles suggest using desiccant to "keep the cards dry and prevent curling." It's a noble attempt to solve the curling issue, but it brings an underlying assumption that the default state of the cardboard side of foiled cards is "dry." In reality, it seems the average moisture level of the cardboard is around 6065% when printed
So much so, that I think they risk hastening power creep by making the cards too competitively costed, and outmoding other options
Honestly, I'm not too sure how Oricorio players go from there to consistently securing the win for themselves, but it'll be worth it to piss your opponents off and see some sweet, sweet concedes
